We develop advanced solutions across floods, wildfires, and other extreme climate perils, helping organizations better assess, price, and manage risk. About the Role
The Product & Customer Success Expert plays a central, strategic role at the core of Geosapiens, helping bring our solutions to market while ensuring customer success before, during, and after the sale. Positioned at the intersection of customer needs, market expectations, and product development, this role represents the scientific and technical expertise behind Geosapiens’ products to customers and actively supports our sales and marketing teams.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients as we scale, and your work will directly shape customer adoption, product feedback loops, and go‑to‑market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams through technical product demonstrations and customer discussions
Lead or contribute to proofs of concept and experimentation using customer data
Help customers adopt Geosapiens solutions through onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, customer‑oriented explanations
Collaborate with product teams by feeding customer use cases, feedback, and requirements
Contribute to product documentation, user guides, and training materials
Adapt product positioning to customer‑specific contexts (industry, geography, climate exposure)
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in a role related to product, data, environment, or technical support
Background or experience in geomatics, GIS, statistics, environmental and climate sciences, or data science
Experience working with complex datasets (climate, environmental, real estate, demographic, or territorial)
Strong ability to analyze and clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences
Comfort operating in a hybrid role combining product expertise, customer interaction, and sales support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full bilingualism in English and French
Strong interest in climate change and its impacts on territories
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, DaaS, or API‑based products
Knowledge of insurance or financial services
Experience with product demos and proofs of concept
Familiarity with GIS tools, spatial analysis, or risk modeling
Experience contributing to documentation, training content, or user enablement
