Geosapiens Welcomes Rachelle Bugelli as Senior Business Development Manager

We are excited to welcome Rachelle Bugelli CIP as our new Senior Business Development Manager. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Rachelle brings 10 years of experience in P&C insurance, with a background in sales leadership within personal and commercial lines. A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and RIBO-licensed advisor, she brings a solid foundation in client relationship management and sales leadership within the insurance industry.

Throughout her career in the insurance industry, Rachelle has developed a strong understanding of how insurance professionals work and what they need to succeed. She brings a client-first mindset, always looking to understand a business's challenges and guide them toward the solutions that fit best. She holds a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Diploma in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College.
Rachelle brings a genuine enthusiasm for the intersection of insurance and climate risk. At Geosapiens, she will focus on building long-lasting, strategic relationships with customers across the insurance industry, including insurers and MGAs, while representing Geosapiens at conferences and expos across the country. Drawing on her understanding of the Canadian insurance market, she will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them identify and adopt the solutions best suited to streamline their business processes and strengthen their risk decision-making.
