Québec, June 2, 2026: Geosapiens today announced a collaboration with Climative to integrate its climate risk insights into Climative’s AI-powered homeowner engagement platform. The integration combines retrofit planning with property-level flood and wildfire risk insights, helping homeowners, insurers and banks make more informed decisions about energy efficiency and climate resilience.
Across Canada, homeowners are increasingly seeking to improve energy performance while addressing climate risks. However, key decisions are often made without clear visibility on costs, impacts, or local hazard exposure.
Climative’s platform provides personalized renovation pathways using AI and home characteristics, guiding users through upgrade options, estimated costs, and available incentives. Geosapiens adds a critical layer of geospatial risk intelligence.
Geosapiens delivers high-resolution, property-level flood and wildfire models, enabling stakeholders to better understand their exposure and incorporate risk into risk management and planning decisions. This integration expands the platform from energy optimization to a combined approach to efficiency and resilience.
For homeowners, this means clearer prioritization of upgrades that both improve performance and reduce exposure. For enterprise partners, it enables more consistent climate risk insights across portfolios and customer journeys.
“Embedding property-level climate risk data directly into decision workflows makes resilience actionable,” said Hachem Agili, CEO and Co-founder of Geosapiens. “This collaboration ensures risk is considered upfront, not after an event.”
“Homeowners want clear, practical guidance to make their homes safer, more affordable, and more comfortable,” said Winston Morton, CEO of Climative. “Working with providers like Geosapiens adds the risk dimension needed to make smarter, future-proof decisions.”
